The vertical plastic injection process increases production by 80% in the manufacture of inserts. It also solves various difficulties in subjecting these inserts in the mold cavity.

The inserts are available in: plastic, metal, cable, blades, wood, pyrotechnic fuse, etc.

The introduction of the insert into the mould before being injected needs some time meanwhile the machine could be carrying out the injection process. The vertical plastic injection machine lets inject a piece while the worker o robot executes the process to prepare the mold; this allows us to increase production.

Another advantage of this working system is that the mould doesn't need any subjection for the insert, because this one keep its position thanks to the gravity.
